Intellectual Property Policy

This Intellectual Property Policy describes how HaskDrevol protects its own intellectual property and respects the intellectual property rights of others. By accessing or using our platform and services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in this policy.
1. Ownership of Platform Content
All content, materials, features, and functionality available through the HaskDrevol platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and arrangement of the platform — are the exclusive property of HaskDrevol or its content suppliers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in your use of the platform transfers any ownership rights in any intellectual property to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
1.1 Trademarks and Brand Elements
The HaskDrevol name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of HaskDrevol. You may not use these marks without prior written permission. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced on the platform are the property of their respective owners.
1.2 Software and Technology
The software underlying the platform, including all source code, object code, algorithms, and associated documentation, constitutes proprietary technology of HaskDrevol. Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of any software component of the platform is strictly prohibited.
2. Educational Content and Course Materials
All seminar sessions, coaching modules, recorded presentations, written guides, worksheets, assessments, and any other educational materials made available through the platform are protected by copyright. These materials are licensed to registered participants solely for personal, non-commercial educational use during the period of their active enrollment or subscription.
2.1 Permitted Uses
Participants may access and review licensed educational materials for their own learning purposes. Participants may take personal notes and create personal summaries for individual study. No further reproduction, distribution, or use is permitted without explicit written consent from HaskDrevol.
2.2 Prohibited Uses
Without prior written authorization from HaskDrevol, you may not reproduce, copy, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sell, license, sublicense, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any educational content or course materials, in whole or in part, through any medium or by any means.
Recording of live sessions — whether by audio, video, screen capture, or any other method — is prohibited unless explicitly permitted in writing for a specific session.
3. User-Generated Content
When you submit, post, upload, or otherwise contribute content to the platform — including discussion contributions, comments, feedback, questions, or any other materials — you retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in that content.
3.1 License Granted to HaskDrevol
By submitting content to the platform, you grant HaskDrevol a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and display that content for the purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the platform and its services. This license continues for as long as the content remains on the platform.
3.2 Your Representations
By submitting content, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant the license described above, that the content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, and that the content complies with all applicable laws and our platform policies.
3.3 Content You Must Not Submit
You must not submit content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party, including copyrighted works, patented inventions, or registered trademarks, without the rights holder's permission. Submitting infringing content may result in the immediate removal of that content and suspension or termination of your account.
4. Third-Party Intellectual Property
The platform may reference, link to, or incorporate content or materials owned by third parties. Such third-party content is the property of its respective owners and is used either with permission or under applicable fair use or similar doctrines. HaskDrevol makes no claim of ownership over third-party intellectual property.
Any trademarks, service marks, or brand names of third parties that appear on the platform are used for identification purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Copyright Infringement Claims
HaskDrevol respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the platform to do the same. If you believe that material available on the platform infringes upon a copyright you own or control, please notify us promptly.
5.1 Submitting a Notice
To submit a notice of claimed copyright infringement, please provide the following information in writing to our designated contact:
A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of such works.
A description of the material that you claim is infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on the platform.
Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement by you that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

5.2 Counter-Notices
If you believe that content you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same contact address. Your counter-notice must include the information required by applicable law and your statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
5.3 Repeat Infringers
HaskDrevol reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
6. Feedback and Suggestions
If you provide HaskDrevol with any feedback, suggestions, ideas, improvements, or other communications relating to the platform or its services, you agree that HaskDrevol may use, disclose, reproduce, license, distribute, and otherwise commercialize such feedback without restriction and without any obligation or compensation to you. You waive any rights you may have in such feedback to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Enforcement and Remedies
HaskDrevol actively monitors the platform for unauthorized use of its intellectual property. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of HaskDrevol's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal penalties under applicable law. HaskDrevol reserves the right to seek all available legal and equitable remedies for any violation of this policy.
We may, at our sole discretion, remove any content that we believe infringes intellectual property rights, disable accounts engaged in infringing activity, and take any other action we deem appropriate to protect our rights and the rights of others.
8. Changes to This Policy
HaskDrevol reserves the right to modify this Intellectual Property Policy at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
